What is psoriasis

Friends, this is a type of skin disease. Which is one of the incurable diseases in humans in the world. In modern medical science, in 1841 AD, a scientist named Hebra recognized psoriasis as an independent disease.

In the book Charak Samhita of Ayurveda, it is known as Mandal Kushth.

What is psoriasis, causes of psoriasis, what is the identification of psoriasis, treatment of psoriasis, what should not be eaten in psoriasis, what should be eaten in psoriasis.

Causes of psoriasis

Friends, now we know about the cause of psoriasis, why does psoriasis occur. Scientists have different opinions about this. There is a lot of evidence of psoriasis being hereditary. It can be due to the influence of not only parents but also descendants of 5-7 generations ago.

If either of the parents has psoriasis, then there is a 25% chance of the child getting psoriasis.

Other reasons include sensitivity, weakness of the nervous system, abnormality of the systemless glands, malfunction of the digestive system, lack of nutrition, unbalanced diet, uncontrolled life, mental weakness, anxiety, trouble, allergy, etc.

Some diseases can also cause psoriasis such as chronic tonsils, throat diseases, cold, long-term constipation etc.

What is the identification of psoriasis?

Dark red or dark brown colored lentil-like bumps appear on the patient's body. These bumps are wrapped in a transparent white cloth. Sometimes the bumps are as big as a pinhead. The disease starts mostly on the elbows, calves, waist, behind the ears. The rashes grow and take up more space. Sometimes the disease takes a very serious form.

In many patients, psoriasis starts from the head. It is ignored considering it to be dandruff of the head. But when this disease crosses the limit and starts moving towards the brain, it becomes a cause of concern. Only then is it diagnosed correctly.

The lifespan of the cells of the skin is mostly 28 to 30 days. New cells are formed and old cells die. This process continues continuously. When this process is interrupted due to some reason, incomplete new cells start to be generated rapidly and start accumulating under each other. A bulge is formed on the skin. The body continues blood circulation to keep them alive. This bulge of blood is called psoriasis. Psoriasis can spread to all parts of the body. Itching is not a symptom of psoriasis. But still itching is very painful in this. Psoriasis disease can also increase due to itching.

Treatment of Psoriasis

The patient first goes to an allopathic doctor for treatment. There, treatment is done for years, and in the end the patient is declared incurable and sent away.

Then when the patient gets tired and disappointed from all sides, and he breaks down physically and mentally. After this, he takes the help of Ayurveda, naturopathy etc. In which he gets satisfaction, and gets cured after continuous treatment.

What should not be eaten in psoriasis

Patients of psoriasis should not consume allopathic medicines for malaria, intoxicants like alcohol, tobacco, cigarette etc. Along with this, milk and milk products, all types of sweets and sours, radish, onion, brinjal, potato, lentils, tea, coffee, cold drinks, all types of preservatives which are present in the food items available in the market should not be eaten. These are extremely harmful things. By eating these, psoriasis increases day by day.

Psoriasis increases in rainy season and winter. Therefore, attention should be paid to proper food in this season. Because eating the right food is medicine. This happens more to non-vegetarians than vegetarians.
