My dear Friends, our entire world is made up of five elements. These five elements are earth, water, fire, air, sky. Out of these, man depends the most on the earth element. Not only man, but all living creatures depend the most on the earth element. This earth element contains all the five elements within itself. All the fruits and vegetables that are produced are due to the earth element. Directly, man is most dependent on the earth.

Adolf Just, the inventor of soil therapy

Dear reader, the credit for using soil as a medicine in this world goes to Adolf Just, who was a famous naturopath of Germany. He has given an invaluable contribution to the world by writing his famous book 'Return to Nature'.

He made it possible to cure all diseases by the medical use of ordinary soil. First of all, he made many useful inventions from a very simple clay which earned him great fame in the world. He was the one who gave birth to the process of self-massage.

Types of Soil

Friends, there are many types of soil. Different types of soil have their own properties, which are as follows--

Black Soil

This soil is mostly found in the Kachhar. This soil plays an important role in protecting the hair and keeping them clean and neat.

Red Soil

This soil is found in hilly areas like Vindhyachal Pradesh and Chunar. It is also called ochre. Which is also used for whitewashing houses.

Yellow Soil and White Soil

It is found on the banks of fields, ponds, and rivers. This soil is used to get maximum benefits in the treatment of diseases.

Sajji Soil

It is a type of soil, which cleans clothes very well.

Multani Soil

This is also a special type of soil. Women apply it on their body like a scrub and their skin becomes beautiful and radiant.

 Sand soil

Sand soil is as essential for the human body as food and water. But only naturopathy knows its health benefits. A pinch of it helps keep the stomach clean. It cures constipation. It should be taken after meals. It cures constipation.

Preparing soil for soil therapy

Before using soil for therapy, soil has to be selected. Soil is obtained from such a place where there is no rotten soil. The best soil is from the river bank. This soil should be removed from the top and taken out from a depth of 2 feet below.

Then this soil is dried in the sun. After drying in the sun, this soil is crushed and pebbles and stones are removed and made fine. After it is fine, it is sieved.

Then before using it or before making a soil bandage, add water and knead it like flour. This soil is used to make soil bandages.

How does soil therapy work

Soil has special power. Due to this, it absorbs poisonous toxins. If someone is bitten by a snake or scorpion, then by applying soil on that place, the soil sucks the poison and gives relief to the person.

Soil absorbs all types of foul smell. If a person's body smells bad, then taking a mud bath in that person's body will not only stop skin diseases but will also stop the bad smell from the body.

Mud has the ability to stop cold and heat. Therefore, if wet mud is applied on the body, then one does not feel hot even in the harsh sun and can bear the harsh cold even on the naked body. Yogis are often seen doing this by using mud.

Soil has a unique ability to cure diseases. Because it contains various types of chemical substances and mineral salts.

Soil opens the pores of the skin. It pulls the blood to the upper part. It removes internal pain and accumulation of blood and removes foreign substances from the body.

A type of natural radium is found in soil. Which is capable of curing even diseases like cancer. The only need is the way to use it.
