Causes of mental disability

Causes of mental disability,Treatment of mentally challenged children in yoga,Home remedies for mentally handicapped children,

Friends, this human body is the best creature among all the creatures found on earth. Human birth is obtained after doing very good deeds. That is why Tulsidas ji has also said --

Bade Bhag Manush Tan Paava. Sur Durlabh Sadgranthan Gaava.

Even the gods are anxious to get human birth. But when there is any kind of disability in the body, whether it is physical or mental, then this human life also becomes full of sorrow. Let us know about the causes of mental disability.

Causes of mental disability, treatment of mentally disabled children in yoga, treatment of mentally disabled children in naturopathy, home remedies for mentally disabled children

Causes of mental disability

Friends, it is mostly said in our society that body, family, worldly resources, are obtained according to previous deeds. Human body is karma pradhan. Our present and future are formed according to the deeds we do. But those who are disabled from birth in body, mind, intellect and conscience. How to reduce it?  And how to improve this world and the other world? Their human life has become just a life for enjoyment. This is a big question. Such handicapped children from birth are unable to live their life. They have to depend on the family and society.

If the child gets hurt on the head during the mother's pregnancy, it can lead to mental disability.

If the mother herself is suffering from some mental disease during pregnancy, then also disability can occur.

This also happens due to the pregnant woman not getting nutritious food.

If the mother has consumed excessive intoxicants during pregnancy, then also the children can have mental disability.

If the mother is in a state of mental stress, anxiety, fear, grief, attachment, anger during pregnancy, then it also affects the child's mentality.

If the mother or father is mentally ill or the father has a disease of Shukra Dosha, then also the father's sperms become weak. Due to this also, the child can suffer mentally after pregnancy.

If the mother is suffering from any disease like asthma, TB, diabetes, epilepsy, blood pressure, depression, insomnia etc. then also the child can have mental disability.

If the husband has intercourse with the mother through unnatural means, actions, postures during pregnancy, then also mental disability can occur.

This also happens due to excessive consumption of English medicines during pregnancy.

The child can also be mentally disabled due to the weakness of semen due to old age.

If there is a deformity in the hearing of the ductless glands during pregnancy.

The mother has a severe fever during pregnancy and is suffering from a long illness.

There are many reasons for this like paralysis of the child during pregnancy, the child falling from the bed, getting a head injury, the child suffering from viral fever for a long time, etc.

Treatment of mentally challenged children in yoga

Children should be made to do some yogic activities every day. Yogasanas like Tadasana, Parvatasana, Trikonasana, Garudasana, Gaumukha Asana, Mastyendrasana, Mandukasana, Paschimottanasana, Nokasana, Salabhasana, Bhujangasana etc. should be done under the supervision of a yoga instructor.

Children should practice Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, Anulom Vilom Pranayama in the morning.

Children should also practice Moola Bandha, Jalandhar Bandha, Udyan Bandha.

After defecation, dip the index finger of the left hand in the oil and put the finger inside the anus and rotate it around. This is called Ganesh Kriya. It has many benefits.

Children should do Jal Neti every day using a spouted pot by adding a little salt to lukewarm water.

Ganjan Kriya should also be done for children once a week.

Children should massage their entire body with oil every day. Oil should also be applied on the head. Oil should also be applied on the toenails, soles of the feet and navel. After the massage, the body should be wiped with a rough cotton towel. Wiping the body should be done only after bathing.

Before bathing, Mehan bath and spinal bath should be done in cold water for three minutes each. A stream of cold water should be poured on the tip of the penis of a boy and on the labia of a girl. This is called Mehan bath. Spinal bath is done by pouring a stream of cold water on the spine.

Children should be given steam bath twice a month. This bath should be done till sweat comes on the face.

Along with this, one should wrap oneself in a wet sheet for at least 40 minutes. This also removes the toxins from the body.

Heart disease: types, causes and treatment

Most common heart disease Types of heart disease. Causes of heart disease Causes of heart diseases. Symptoms of heart disease Symptoms of heart disease. Prevent of heart disease Prevention of heart diseases. Treatment of heart diseases by alternative medicine.

My dear Friends, whether it is America or the western countries, heart disease is increasing in India in the present times. Their number is increasing day by day. People are moving away from the natural lifestyle. Modern lifestyles are changing. Most deaths in heart diseases are due to heart attack. Preventing which has become a big challenge. Let us know about the causes, symptoms and treatments of heart disease.

Most common heart disease

Types of heart disease

Friends, before moving ahead, we first understand what is heart disease and how many types are there. First of all, let us get some information about the heart. What is the heart? It is a type of body organ. Which keeps working day and night while sleeping and waking up. It keeps working throughout the life until the person dies.  It keeps doing its work without stopping till the end of life. Its weight is approximately 500 grams in an adult. It supplies blood to the entire human body. The length of blood vessels in the body is 70000 miles in which it circulates blood. The speed of that blood flow is 65 kilometers per hour. It keeps working with such hard work. Renowned biological doctor Cabin Rasle says that the lifespan of the heart in humans can be up to 300 years. But due to changes in our food and lifestyle, we become victims of heart diseases before time. Let us see how many types of heart diseases are there.

Friends, there are various types of deficiencies present in the heart in our body. Whether that deficiency is based on the anatomical structure of the heart or according to the function of the heart. It causes heart disease, thus there are many types of heart diseases which are as follows____

Dilatation of heart

Contruction of heart

Hypertrophy of heart

Palpitation of heart

Carditis

Arteriyo scalarosis

Insficiency

Regergitation

Fatty degeneration

Myocarditis

Tachycardia

Slow heartbeat

Angina pactoris

Myocardial infarction

Coronary thrombosis

Heart failure

Thus we have learned about the different types of heart disease, now let's talk further what are the causes of all these types of heart disease__

Causes of heart disease

Friends, we ourselves have some hand behind the causes of our heart diseases. The western culture that we have adopted is also helpful in causing heart diseases and many types of physical diseases also cause heart disease. Let's know in detail__

Harmful foods

Friends, we all know that man needs food to survive. But in the present times, man does not eat to survive, rather he lives for food. Food may or may not be beneficial for the human body, may or may not be nutritious, but eating is important. Here eating food means pure vegetarian, nutritious, chemical free food. Which can develop all three bodies of a human being. The three bodies mean gross body, subtle body and causal body. We will talk about them later, first understand what is the harmful food that is harmful for heart disease?

Cardiologist Christian Bernard and many biological scientists have considered the following food as poison for heart patients. Which are as follows like salt, sugar, alcohol, coffee, tea, meat, egg, ghee, Dalda, chilli, spices, smoking, biscuits, bread, refined flour and things made from refined flour, white rice, milk with cream, saturated fat, sugar, etc. Food forms elements that accumulate in the blood.  Elements that enter the blood mean cholesterol.

One should not consume too much liquids while eating. Water should be drunk 1 hour before and 1 hour after meals, otherwise the digestion process gets hindered and gas starts forming. Food should be chewed well and eaten with a happy mind. One should rest for 10 minutes after eating and sit in Vajrasana.

Obesity

In America, most people become victims of heart disease after 35 years of age, the main reason for which is obesity. According to a research, after 45 years, obese people suffer from heart disease 15% more than thin people. If there is 10 pounds extra weight, then the extra burden of walking 300 kilometers falls on the heart. The blood vessels of obese people become hard and thin. Due to which the heart has to work more and its working capacity becomes weak. Due to the heart becoming weak, it becomes vulnerable to various diseases.

Diabetes

When sugar level in human blood increases, metabolic activities become unbalanced. Due to which cholesterol, acetic acid, acetone, butyric acid etc. increase in the blood. Due to their increase, the amount of oxygen in the body starts decreasing, which increases the risk of heart diseases. Because the organs far from the heart do not get nutrition, the amount of impurities in the blood starts increasing.

Stomach problems

Due to wrong eating habits, gas starts forming in the stomach. Food starts rotting in the stomach. Weak intestines are unable to expel the gas and the pressure of gas starts building up on the heart. Due to which the heart rate increases, the person starts feeling dizzy. He starts feeling nervous and his blood pressure becomes high. This type of heart disease occurs.

Arthritis patients

When arthritis occurs in the body, many types of impurities start increasing in the body. In this type of condition, pressure is put on the heart. The heart supplies blood to the entire body.  Due to which the heart gets rheumatic heart disease.

Mental tension

In present times, various types of mental tensions are occurring in humans. Whether it is due to the death of a family member or divorce or due to any disease or unemployment. Whatever the reason, it causes mental tension and heart diseases. Because it affects mental activities, the person becomes angry, jealous, violent and starts worrying. Due to which hormonal disorders occur in the body. Due to imbalance of hormones, various types of diseases like high blood pressure, hyper acidity, stomach gas, ulcers, etc. occur. Due to this, various types of heart diseases occur.

Genetic causes

Those diseases which are passed on from parents to their children are called genetic diseases. 15% of heart diseases are genetic, who inherit heart disease from their parents.  80% of the people are at risk of heart disease whose parents have heart disease. If one of the parents has heart disease, the chances of the child getting it are reduced by 30%.

Symptom of heart disease

Friends, the body structure of heart patients mostly does not look like that they are sick. Most of these patients look attractive and healthy. No one can suspect that this person is a heart patient. Some symptoms of heart disease are as follows--

1. Breathlessness and heart rate increases even after doing a little work.

2. Restlessness and heart rate increases after food.

3. Feeling dizzy while getting up and sitting down and feeling tired.

4. Pain and tingling in the left side of the chest, left shoulder and hand.

5. Excessive sweating, fast heartbeat and feeling of restlessness.

5. Difficulty in breathing, heaviness on the chest, stumbling and falling while walking, difficulty in speaking, intense restlessness, whiteness of the left hand going to the place of the heart.  In such a situation, if massage or any other emergency treatment is not given, the patient dies.

6. Excessive sweating, fast heartbeat, nervousness, dryness and burning sensation in mouth and throat.

7. Hands and feet start getting cold, heartbeat becomes fast and there is restlessness.

8. Fainting starts, cramps occur, in such a situation relief should be provided immediately.

Prevent of heart disease Prevention of heart diseases

To avoid heart diseases, every person will have to adopt the following methods, which are as follows___

1. One should avoid the causes that cause heart disease

2. Different types of substances like starch, salt, sugar, protein rich food etc. should not be consumed in food. Foods which are high in fat should not be used. Fried food, chillies, spices should not be used. Food made from refined flour should not be eaten.

3. One should consume coarse grains, increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in food and must eat sprouted grains.

4. One should stay away from tobacco, alcohol and other intoxicants, consuming them leads to heart diseases.

5. One should avoid having physical relations, there is a high possibility of heart disease due to having more relations.

6. One should use entertainment suitable to oneself to keep the mind happy, so that mental stress can be avoided. This is an easy way to stay away from heart disease.

 7. One should adopt an active lifestyle full of exercise. Exercise or yoga should be included in one's lifestyle.

8. One should remember to have faith in God by abandoning atheism. An optimistic lifestyle keeps a person away from heart diseases. A person does not get heart diseases by being sociable and practical.

Treatment of heart disease by Alternative Medicine

In modern medicine, various types of allopathy medicines are used to cure heart disease. These also have some side effects. But in Alternative Medicine, the treatment of heart disease is very easy and simple, by adopting which a person can avoid these diseases and can also cure them. So now let us see what are the benefits of these treatments.

Magnet Therapy If the BP is high, then a magnet of light or medium power should be applied to the feet.  Along with this, a blood pressure belt should be tied to the right wrist.   The patient should be given water prepared by both poles of the magnet twice a day.

If the blood pressure is low, the magnet should be applied to the hands.  Blood pressure belt should be tied on the left wrist.  One should not wear a watch on that hand.

Naturopathy In the morning, before having food, keep a half inch thick mud bandage on the stomach for half an hour.  After half an hour, remove it and give the patient an enema of neem leaves.

Depression causes, symptoms and yoga treatment

Depression causes, symptoms and yoga treatment, Symptoms of depression, Causes of depression, Yoga treatment of depression.

Symptoms of depression

Symptoms of depression can vary among individuals and may not be the same for everyone.

However, some common symptoms of depression include---

1. Persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or emptiness.

2. Irritability or frustration, even over small matters.

3. Loss of interest or pleasure in activities you once enjoyed, including sex.

4. Difficulty sleeping (insomnia) or oversleeping (hypersomnia) and changes in appetite, which may lead to significant weight gain or loss.

5. Fatigue, lack of energy, and feelings of sluggishness.

6. Difficulty concentrating, making decisions, or remembering things.

7. Physical symptoms, such as headaches, body aches, or digestive problems that do not improve with treatment.

8. Thoughts of death, suicide, or self-harm, or seeking out situations that may be dangerous.

9. Feeling like you're trapped, helpless, or trapped in a hopeless situation.

10. Withdrawal from friends, family, and social activities, and avoiding or isolating yourself from others.

It's essential to note that not everyone will experience all these symptoms, and the severity of symptoms can vary. If you or someone you know is experiencing these symptoms, it's crucial to seek help from a mental health professional. Depression is treatable, and early intervention can make a significant difference in recovery.

Causes of depression

Depression is a complex mood disorder that can have a significant impact on a person's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. There are several potential causes of depression, which can often intertwine and create a complex web of contributing factors.

Some of the main causes include---

1. Genetics

Some individuals are more likely to develop depression due to genetic predisposition. If one or both parents have a history of depression, their children may have a higher risk.

2. Brain chemistry

Neurotransmitters in the brain play a crucial role in mood regulation. A balance of serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine helps to promote positive feelings. Depression is thought to be caused by imbalances or disruptions in these neurotransmitters.

3. Environmental factors

Stressful events or a significant change in one's environment, such as a relocation, can trigger depression.

4. Trauma

Traumatic experiences, such as abuse, loss, or violence, can contribute to the development of depression.

5. Personality

Some individuals may be more prone to depression due to their personality traits, such as pessimism or a lack of resilience.

6. Life circumstances

Certain life events, like the loss of a loved one, divorce, or unemployment, can lead to depression.

7. Medical conditions

Depression can sometimes be triggered by an underlying medical condition, such as thyroid disorders, vitamin deficiencies, or a brain injury.

8. Substance abuse

Using drugs or alcohol can contribute to the development of depression, and in some cases, depression can precede substance use.

9. Medications

Some medications, like steroids, can contribute to the development of depression.

10. Inadequate social support

A lack of close friends or family might make an individual more susceptible to depression.

It is essential to note that while these factors can cause depression, not everyone with these risk factors will develop depression. Similarly, some people may experience depression without any identifiable cause. It's crucial to consult with a mental health professional to receive a proper diagnosis and treatment plan tailored to the individual's specific circumstances.

Yoga treatment of depression

Yoga can be a helpful complementary treatment for depression when used alongside traditional therapies and medications. It has been shown to improve mood, reduce stress, and increase overall well-being.

Here are some ways yoga can help in treating depression---

1. Enhances mood

Regular practice of yoga can help improve mood by increasing the production of serotonin, a mood-regulating neurotransmitter. Certain postures and breathing techniques, like Happy Baby pose and Ujjayi breath, can have a direct impact on mood elevation.

2. Reduces stress

Yoga is highly effective in reducing stress and anxiety, which often accompanies depression. Stress-reducing effects of yoga come from practices that support relaxation, such as deep breathing, meditation, and mindfulness.

3. Improves overall well-being

Practicing yoga supports holistic health by promoting a balance between the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of life. This balance can have a positive impact on overall well-being and help manage depression.

4. Increases self-awareness

Yoga teaches us to be present in the moment and aware of our thoughts and feelings without judgment. Increased self-awareness can be beneficial in understanding and managing depression.

5. Builds resilience

Regular yoga practice can foster emotional resilience and better equip individuals to manage stressors and overcome depressive episodes.

6. Promotes a healthy lifestyle

Yoga encourages healthy habits such as regular exercise, sleep, and healthy eating, which can all help in managing and preventing depression.

To get the most out of yoga as a treatment for depression, it is essential to practice consistently and choose a style that suits your needs. Some popular styles for depression include Hatha, Restorative, and Vinyasa yoga. Consult your healthcare provider or a yoga therapist to develop a personalized yoga practice for your unique needs. Remember to be patient and gentle with yourself throughout the process, as recovery from depression can take time.### Instruction:

 Ujjayi breath for depression

Ujjayi breath, also known as "ocean breath" or "Victory breath," is a pranayama technique that involves breath control. It's practiced in yoga to help calm the mind and relax the body.

1. Sit in a comfortable position

You can either sit on a chair or on the floor with your legs crossed or seated.

2. Take a deep inhalation

Inhale deeply through your nose, filling up your lungs with air.

3. Exhale slowly

Slowly exhale through your nose.

4. Repeat the process

Practice slow and deep breathing for a few minutes.

The Ujjayi breath involves a slight pausing at the top of the inhalation and the bottom of the exhalation. To do this, you should--

1. Inhale slowly through your nose

As you breathe in, feel the air moving through your nasal passages.

2. Make a soft hum

As you reach the top of your inhalation, start to hum gently. This creates a soft hissing sound.

3. Exhale slowly through your nose

As you breathe out, continue to hum softly. The slight resistance created by the vocalization helps to slow the breath.

4. Repeat the process

Practice this slow and deep breathing for a few minutes.

When you practice Ujjayi breath, pay attention to the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body, and observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This type of breathing helps you focus and bring more awareness to your body and mind, which is helpful in stress management and relaxation.

Causes of mental disorder

Mental disorders can result from a combination of biological, psychological, and environmental factors. Here are some of the main causes of mental disorders----

1. Genetics

Studies have shown that mental disorders have a genetic component. Certain genes can make an individual more susceptible to developing mental health issues.

2. Brain chemistry

Imbalances in brain chemicals like neurotransmitters (serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine) can play a role in the development of mental disorders. Imbalances can result from a variety of factors, including genetics.

3. Stress

Chronic stress or traumatic events can put a strain on the body and mind, potentially leading to the development of mental health issues.

4. Childhood trauma

Experiencing traumatic events in childhood, such as abuse or neglect, can increase the risk of developing mental disorders later in life.

5. Family issues

Conflict, lack of emotional support, or dysfunction within a family can contribute to mental health problems.

6. Social factors

Poverty, unemployment, social isolation, and marginalization can increase the risk of developing mental health issues.

7. Substance abuse

The use of alcohol, drugs, or other substances can lead to mental health problems, as they can alter brain chemistry and cause long-term damage.

8. Lifestyle factors

Poor diet, lack of exercise, and inadequate sleep can negatively impact mental health and contribute to the development of mental disorders.

9. Medical conditions

Physical illnesses, infections, and injuries can sometimes contribute to the development of mental disorders.

10. Cultural factors

Cultural beliefs, attitudes, and experiences can impact an individual's mental health and contribute to the development of mental disorders.

It is essential to note that mental health issues can result from a variety of factors, and an individual's unique combination of risk factors can vary. Additionally, mental disorders can often develop due to a combination of these factors, rather than a single cause.

Yoga treatment of mental disorder

Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mental focus to promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being. In recent years, there has been growing interest in the use of yoga as a complementary therapy for mental disorders, due to its potential benefits in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, and improving overall well-being.

Several mental disorders can potentially benefit from a yoga treatment. Some of these include---

1. Anxiety disorders

Practicing yoga can help reduce anxiety symptoms by enhancing relaxation, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Some studies have shown that yogic practices can be as effective as medication in treating anxiety.

2. Depression

Yoga has been found to improve mood, self-esteem, and overall quality of life in individuals suffering from depression. It can enhance the production of endorphins and serotonin, which can help reduce symptoms of depression.

3. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Yoga has been found to be helpful in reducing symptoms of PTSD by promoting relaxation, increased awareness, and emotional regulation.

4. Substance abuse

Yoga can help individuals in recovery from substance abuse by promoting mindfulness, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of inner peace.

5. Schizophrenia

Some studies have found that yoga can help improve positive symptoms like cognition, social functioning, and quality of life in individuals with schizophrenia.

6. Bipolar disorder

Yoga can help in managing symptoms of bipolar disorder by promoting relaxation, improving mood, and reducing anxiety.

It's essential to note that yoga should be considered as a complementary treatment rather than a standalone treatment for mental disorders. It is best to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating yoga as a part of the treatment plan. Additionally, it's crucial to work with a certified yoga instructor who is experienced in working with individuals with mental health conditions.

 conclusion

yoga is a gentle and holistic approach to treating mental disorders. By promoting relaxation, mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional regulation, yoga can be a valuable tool in managing symptoms and improving overall well-being. However, it is always recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating yoga into the treatment plan.

Stress management through yoga

 Stress management through yoga

Stress management through yoga, method of relaxation, benefits of meditation in stress, benefits of yoga in stress, stress management, posture.

My dear friends, The separation of human mind and brain from Yoga and its combination with anti-Yoga elements is the main reason for the origin of stress. In the materialistic modern era, the indiscriminate use of machinery and the busyness of life resulting from competition make humans feel stressed at every step. The busy urban life, increasing pollution in the environment, family and social problems gradually increase stress.

To achieve success in the field of yoga, it is necessary for a yoga practitioner to have natural joy in his mind. By practicing yogic processes patiently for a long time with joy and enthusiasm, success is definitely achieved. The yoga practitioner gradually enters higher level yoga classes. Under Hathapradipika, joy has been kept among the elements of yoga for achieving success in yoga. In general order it is found that personal, family and social problems and ideological and emotional conflicts arise from the human being.

Often takes away his joy. In such a situation, a person is not able to incline his body and mind towards yogic practices or practices. Even during the practice of yogic processes, the mind remains in a stressed state and it loses the courage and determination which are essential for success in yoga. A person's environment does not allow him to live in a stress-free state. a person's personal

One keeps becoming a victim of stress either due to weaknesses or due to the complications created by the environment around him. In fact these complexities and challenges are for human development. In such a situation, instead of getting worried by getting entangled with them, one should accept them and find solutions to them in yoga. In the Yoga Shastras, many such methods and methods have been explained by the Maharishis, whose proper research in various areas of life takes a person out of the conflictual state like stress and establishes peace in his life. In this way, yoga not only cures stress but also makes life successful and prosperous.

Medical research shows that stress causes great harm to humans; sleep, appetite etc. disappear during painful moments of intense grief and excitement. Is various. shankha

Stress arising due to various reasons brings with it not only temporary pain but also far-reaching side effects.

Sometimes during moments of stress, the body or mind becomes so agitated and disoriented that even natural sleep becomes ineffective. Going deep into nature is the simplest and most useful means of relieving fatigue. When a tired person sleeps deeply at night, he wakes up in the morning with new energy, freshness and happiness. Natural sleep has the natural quality of eliminating stress and fatigue. Stress takes away a person's natural sleeping instinct. Due to which his sleep gets disturbed and in such a situation he does not sleep or gets very light sleep. Such sleep proves unsuccessful in eliminating stress and fatigue.

People use sedatives and sleeping pills to induce sleep and relieve fatigue and stress, but their use does not cure the disease completely. Some people even indulge in drug addiction to relieve stress. Consumption of tranquilizers only causes hangover and the person loses his senses. In such a situation, man remains deprived of the freshness that comes from deep sleep. One becomes habituated to the use of tranquilizer and its effect diminishes and the need to take it in larger quantities is felt. Besides, many side effects also occur due to which

New diseases take refuge in the body and mind.

Stability in asanas is essential for the higher practices of yoga. To become stable in asanas, the body is made strong and full of vitality through dynamic and body enhancing asanas. Along with the body, strength and stability of the mind is necessary, for which relaxation is a widely available practice. Regular practice of relaxation ends the conflicting situations of thoughts and emotions. Due to which mental peace is achieved and there is complete absence of stress in the calm mind.

relaxation

Relaxation is relaxing the natural movements of the body. In the process of relaxation, the body has to be completely relaxed and the mind has to be completely emptied. A simple way to eliminate stress is to practice relaxation. In its practice, morale is used and by giving signals to ourselves, it is said that our body parts are getting relaxed and our own running around is stopping. All good and bad tendencies are being destroyed. Taking it and the racing of the mind stops and starts working as per self-direction. Through such practice, stress gets relieved as a result of training the mind and getting sleep.

Gandhiji had control over sleep. Vinoba Bhave went to sleep at six o'clock in every season and had control over the fixed time. Vinoba Bhar and Clive used to wake up while riding horses on the war front for weeks. Napoleon would sit in the same position against the tree to relieve some fatigue, wake up the horse and start working again with renewed enthusiasm.

Methods of relaxation

Fifth note of musical scale. Shri Ram Sharma Acharya has explained many effective methods of relaxation in the book called Vaadmaya called Gyan Vigyan of Sadhana methods. They are as follows-

1. Relaxation is the best and easiest way to get rid of stress. Shavasana is the most useful exercise for this. Shavasana means lying motionless towards the dead body. This can be done by sitting on a chair or by taking the support of a wall or any other comfortable object. In this, the body is kept in a pressure-free and comfortable position. In this state, there is a deep feeling that the life force of the entire body has been drawn out and the brain has concentrated in the center and all other components of the body have become calm and almost dead.

With this type of practice, all the body parts gradually become relaxed and the mind becomes calm. After a long period of practice, a stage comes when the conflict going on in the inner world comes to an end and in this stage one attains ultimate peace. Attainment of ultimate peace is freedom from stress.

2. To practice relaxation, one should lie down in a noise-free place and feel the body weightless and imagine that the entire body has become as light as cotton.

In this direction, the scene of the Doomsday should be mentally observed. A picture should be drawn of the immense amount of water everywhere. To calm the mind, one should imagine that there is no substance, person or creature in the world, nor is there any thought or problem left with it. We are alone in the vast waters of doomsday. In the form of a small child, he is lying on a leaf boat and is slowly flowing towards some unknown direction with the speed of the wind. All the problems and obstacles on the way have been eliminated.

3. If the fear of death goes away from the mind, then the thought of death gives a pleasant feeling. Under the concept of death, one has to feel that the body and mind are lying peacefully and inert in their original state. From which our life has gone out. To get rid of the tiredness of life, one has got the opportunity to sleep for a long time in such a beautiful environment where there is no hindrance of cold, heat, flies, mosquitoes, insects etc. All the questions, duties, responsibilities, worries and problems related to life have gone far away with the dead body. We have come to a new beautiful and gentle environment. Which is stress free everywhere. Where ultimate peace and happiness prevail.

If proper practice of relaxation is done for a short time every day, then both the body and mind become accustomed to that process. As a result, sleep that eliminates stress and fatigue can be induced at will. Regular practice of relaxation not only relieves stress but also brings natural happiness to the mind in daily life.

Posture

Practice of asanas done after relaxation gives proper success in the path of yoga. From the health point of view, asanas have a prominent place in yogic medicine. If the disease

If suitable asanas are selected and used properly, then proper success is achieved in yoga research. Shalabh has told in the book titled Alternative Medicine that by practicing Asanas, blood circulation in the body gets faster and physical and mental health gets balanced. Practice of Asanas strengthens the digestive system and balances and controls the digestive process. The entire body is operated through the Nadi Sutras and the brain. To keep both of these dynamic, it is necessary to practice asanas daily. According to Shalabh, regular practice of Suryanamaskar, Janushirasana, Suptavajasana, Sarvangasana, Makarasana, Pawan Muktasana and Halasana provides relief from stress. Pro. Ramharsh Singh has told in the book titled 'Yoga and Yogic Medicine' that in the asanas of Hatha Yoga, the body is kept in different types of positions in such a way that the body's respiratory organs and endocrine glands function better than before and the body and mind are maintained. Can make you healthy. The process of Yogasanas is very effective and effortless, through which along with physical and mental development, secondary objectives of Yoga practice like prevention of old age and disease are achieved. The range of asanas in yogic practices is very wide and extensive. These include such asanas which provide physical and mental relaxation. Therefore, asanas are also practiced to come out of conflictual situations like mental stress. Keeping in mind the various methods of asanas and their effects, Prof. Ramharsh Singh has prescribed three categories of asanas. It includes categories of body enhancing, relaxing and meditative asanas.

Through enriching asanas the body becomes strong, strong and full of vitality. The body thus developed can be kept in a stable and comfortable position during higher practices such as meditation. Matsyendrasana, Dhanurasana, Paschimottanasana, Matsyasana and Gomukhasana etc. are examples of major enhancing asanas. Shavasana and Makarasana are included in the relaxation asanas. Through which complete physical relaxation and mental relaxation can be achieved. Padmasana, Swastikasana, Siddhasana and Sukhasana come under meditative asanas. In these asanas, by keeping the body stable, higher yogic processes like pranayama, dharana and meditation etc. are practiced. In fact, the aim of practicing all the restorative asanas and restorative asanas is to achieve stability in meditative asanas, through which the mind and brain develop and the consciousness gets expanded.

The changing circumstances of modern society are enough to cause stress to humans. The mind suffering from stress easily becomes restless and unstable. A disturbed mind cannot attain happiness. A stressed mind also makes the body sick. The various types of stress-related physical diseases prevalent in modern society have arisen in this manner. In the treatment of psychosomatic diseases, body enhancing asanas are used to strengthen and strengthen the body, for which Surya Namaskar, Simhasana, Veerasana, Pandasana, Paschimottanasana, Matsyendrasana, Utkatasana, Shalabhasana, Matsyasana, Kurmasana, Garudasana, Gomukhasana and Gujendrasana are the results of long term practice. Due to this, the functioning of the body's heart, lungs, etc. and long-term circulation muscles of Gujangasana should be balanced.

How to Do Meditation, precautions and benefits

How to Do Meditation, precautions and benefits, benefits of meditation, precautions in meditation, procedure of meditation.

What is Meditation

The state of continuous flow of divine sound consciousness is called meditation. In this state the mind remains away from all worldly thoughts and options. Divine power and divine thoughts always remain present in the mind.

The seventh step of yoga is meditation. What yogis call meditation, knowledgeable people call it Nididhyasana and devotees call it bhajan.

How to do meditation

Sit in Sukhasana, Padmasana or Siddhasana in a secluded place. While contemplating on Sakar Brahma, recite stotras and shlokas for ten minutes. This will elevate the mind. Take your mind off the subjects. Now the mind will become calm, concentrated, pure and subtle. Meditate on the eternal soul through this trained and disciplined mind. Do not allow any other thought to enter your mind. Try for this again and again, then the mind will gradually become God-oriented. When meditation becomes serious and steady, then it will become easy and natural. You will ultimately be situated in Brahman.

What happens in meditation

In meditation the mind starts moving towards spiritual consciousness. Thoughts become quiet. Only the thought of 'Aham Brahmasmi' remains. When this thought also disappears, then the state of effortless non-duality i.e. Nirvikalpa Samadhi is achieved and the mind gets absorbed in Brahma.

some useful instructions for meditation

Brahma is pure, hence to meditate on Brahma your mind should be pure. Purify the mind through pranayama, chanting, service and charity.

To achieve success in meditation, it is necessary to live in a virtuous environment. Stay at satvik places, eat only satvik food, speak only satvik words and give importance to satvik thoughts only.

Apart from this, it is also necessary to keep the mind free from worries. For this, go into solitude sometimes and stop your activities.

It is better to practice meditation in Brahma muhurta. It is necessary to practice meditation at fixed time and regularly. With this your mindset will easily become conducive to meditation.

Do not let your eyes and brain get stressed during meditation.

,Don't fight with the mind. To tame it, let it do whatever it wants for a short period of time. Then it will tire itself due to its agility.

,Keep developing renunciation and satvik qualities like patience, constant endeavor, kindness, love, forgiveness and purity in yourself every day, because these qualities are helpful in the practice of meditation.

Reasons for failure in meditation

If a meditator contemplates divine thoughts for ten minutes and then gets engrossed in worldly thoughts for ten minutes, he will never be able to attain divine consciousness. Remain absorbed only in contemplation of divine thoughts. Then you will definitely attain God realization.

meditation and action

There should be a balance between meditation and action. Meditate and also perform actions as per the scriptures. Whenever you get the opportunity, after completing your work, stay in solitude with detachment and meditate. This is the state of balance.

benefits of meditation

Meditation works as a powerful medicine. In the state of meditation, the divine power emanating from the feet of the Lord keeps flowing towards the seeker. As a result of meditating in Brahma muhurta, the mind remains calm throughout the day, the mind becomes free from distractions and all the functions of the body get filled with divine and spiritual thought waves.

Pure thoughts are acquired through meditation. All your doubts are eliminated. Then you yourself know where to take the next step on the spiritual ladder. A mysterious inner voice starts guiding you.

Reaching the pinnacle of knowledge of one's nature, attaining the consciousness of the ultimate truth and merging of living consciousness into universal soul-consciousness is realization or self-realization.

Completely transforming one's animal nature, transcending human nature and awakening latent powers - this is the process of realization. Realization is achieved through moral development, self-analysis, self-purification, meditation, selfless love and service to living beings, right speech and right conduct.

interview through meditation

By practicing meditation, all the instincts dissolve. Then the soul appears automatically. This is the situation of interview or self-realization.

Pratibhagyan is the only means of interviewing. Thinking and meditating on 'Who am I' opens the doors to epiphany.

If you continuously meditate on the soul with a pure heart, you can attain salvation or bliss.

Conscious mental repetition of a single thought-point is meditation. When this process of the seeker is completed then he enters that state in which the meditator and the goal become one. This is the stage of interview.
