Friends, today I am going to tell you a reality, that reality is about God. When we fall ill, good doctors give up, this often happens with many people in life. The reason for this is not knowing the disease and the medicines not working on the body and not believing in God.  But the greatest physician is God, the greatest medicine is God, but people leave Him and run around in the world. Because without God, no medicine or doctor can work. Nothing can happen without God's will. Doctors and medicines are just the medium to cure the patient. Let me explain to you through some examples.

Uttering the name of Achyutananda Govind is a medicine that destroys all diseases. I say this is the true truth.


Lord Krishna says in the Gita


God resides equally in everyone's heart, who with his amazing power, like a machine, makes us do all the tasks inside and outside us. Surrender to that power with an open heart, you will get peace and liberation by his grace.


According to Mahatma Gandhi


Man has an unbreakable relationship with God, so the more a man recognizes this relationship, the more he will be free from sin and disease.


The secret of a man becoming disease-free from the heart is that the God whom we worship is himself, truth, health and love and he is also a doctor.  Therefore, by taking refuge in the name of Ram, it does not take long to get rid of all kinds of diseases and ailments.


Taking the name of Ram is just a sample of the truth for which it is taken. The moment a person intelligently sees God within himself, at that very moment he gets rid of all his physical, mental and moral ailments.


       It is surprising that doctors die, doctors die, yet we keep running after them. But we forget that Ram, who does not die and is always alive, is the infallible physician.


If the mantra of Ram's name gets completely embedded in my heart, then I will never die of illness. This rule is not just for me but for everyone.


Rambha (Gandhi Ji's childhood nanny) tells me that whenever you feel scared, take Ram's name, he will protect you. From that day Ram's name became my infallible support for all kinds of fears.


Ram's name is the most effective cure for physical and mental diseases. If you pray to God, he can definitely remove your sorrows and worries. But to make the prayer effective, we should participate in Ramdhun with a true heart and then we can experience peace and happiness. There are other conditions too. The first thing is that we should live in harmony with nature and follow its rules.

If you attain God, you will automatically attain the world and its objects because the world belongs to God.

Friends, now let's talk about the place of residence of God, where does God live? As we all know, God is omnipresent, the entire world belongs to him. All the worlds and the afterlife belong to him. Then what is the need for him to live in a particular place? His power resides in every particle, he is available everywhere. In our body as well as outside our body, we just need a spiritual knowledge. To understand it, we need intelligence and wisdom. Let's understand through some examples.


Lord Krishna says in the Gita


That is, God resides in the heart of all living beings.


According to Kabir Das Ji


Just as there is a pupil in the eyes, similarly the Creator resides in the body.


Fools do not know, they go outside to find him.


That is, just as there is a pupil in the eyes, similarly God is also hidden inside this body. But fools search for him outside due to ignorance.


 The thing is somewhere, but the method is found somewhere.


Kabir says you will get it only when the one who knows is with you.


Meaning Kabirdas ji says that God has to be known inside you and not outside, for this you will have to surrender to a knower i.e. a complete Guru.

Friends, now let's talk about the existence of God, whether God exists or not.


Our Vedas prove the existence of God. God is described in the Vedas. Apart from the Vedas, other scriptures like Upanishad, Nyaya, Yoga, Vaisheshik, Vedanta have also accepted the existence of God, which proves that God exists.


God is also proved by his being the creator of this entire universe. Because the creation of such a large universe cannot be done without the will of God. We should understand very well that no one other than God can do this.


God is called the provider of karmafal because no one other than God can give the fruits of the deeds of so many innumerable living beings.


 How to know God according to different scriptures and sects


Friends, before telling about God according to different scriptures and sects, I want to give some information about God from my thoughts, let's know what that information is___


GOD Meaning


Friends, God means Ishwar in English, but to understand that God, when we see the meaning of the full form of God, it comes like this --


G means generator, just like a generator generates electricity, similarly God generates energy in the whole world.


O means operator, just like an operator runs a machine, similarly God runs and maintains this whole universe like an operator.


D means Destroy. It means God is the destroyer of everyone, the destruction of the universe also happens through God.


 In this way friends we see that creation of the universe, its maintenance and its destruction, all these three actions are in the hands of God and that is why he is called GOD.


Meaning of the word Bhagwan in hindu


Friends, this entire universe is made up of five elements which are included in the word Bhagwan, let's see __


Bhagvan____Bha+G+V+A+N


Bha_Bhumi (earth)


G_Gagan(space)


V_Vayu(air)


Aa_Agni(fire)


N_Neer(water)


In this way we see that just as this entire universe is made up of five elements, similarly this entire universe is made by God, these five elements are made by God.


Let's talk about the form of God according to different sects and scriptures.


According to Maharishi Patanjali


The one who is capable of creating and destroying the entire universe by mere desire is God.


God is always unconnected with the five kleshas, karma, vipaka and karmashya, such a special person is called God.


Om is Brahma, Om is everything, the activities of the entire universe run through him, Om is the past, present and future.  This Om should be chanted and its meaning should be contemplated upon. This is the only way to have a vision and remove all obstacles in the path of Sadhana.


By doing Ishwar Pranidhan, the Supreme God takes all the responsibilities of the Sadhak on himself and enables him to attain Samadhi soon.


That God is the Guru of our ancestors also because he is not bound by time.


Characteristics of the power of God


Friends, God has names in the same way as he exists. According to Vayu Purana, God has 6 parts and 10 components. Parts


Omniscience, satisfaction, eternal knowledge, freedom, unbroken consciousness and infinite power.


Components


Knowledge, detachment, wealth, penance, truth, forgiveness, patience, creation, self-awareness and presiding deity.


Names of God


Dear readers, God has no name or form. Still, his name and forms have been created for the convenience of worship. All the names and forms of God that have been imagined are actually based on the qualities of God. On the basis of qualities, we can call God Vishnu, Krishna, Shankar, God, Ishwar, Paramatma, Bhagwan, Allah, Ram etc.  It is the compulsion of the seeker to imagine the imaginary names and forms of God. After attaining God and understanding God, the name and form of God go away automatically. They are of no use after attaining Samadhi. But till one does not attain Samadhi, it is very important to understand the name and form of God

Friends, various types of measures have been described in many yoga scriptures to attain God. But without going into much detail, I tell you the easy and simple ways to attain God according to Maharishi Patanjali. Maharishi Patanjali has described three sadhanas to attain God, which are as follows____


Ashtanga Yoga


Friends, Maharishi Patanjali has described Ashtanga Yoga in Yogasatra, in which it is told that Ashtanga Yoga is the best for the first class sadhaks i.e. those who have just started sadhana. Because in this, the sadhana is started by following Yama Niyam. Gradually, one reaches the attainment of God through 8 steps. Which is as follows___


Yama


Friends, Yama is the rule which is necessary and useful from the point of view of existence and development of human society.  These are of five types which are as follows ____


Ahimsa


Having a feeling of compassion towards any living being is called Ahimsa.


According to Patanjali, by following Ahimsa, love for all living beings starts awakening in a person and the person gives up enmity.


Truth


A seeker should always follow truth in his mind, words and deeds. One should never speak such truth which hurts the feelings of anyone.


According to Maharishi Patanjali, by following truth, a seeker gets Vachan Siddhi in him and whatever he says happens.


Asteya


Taking any person's thing as one's own or stealing it in his mind, words and deeds is called Asteya.


According to Maharishi Patanjali, a seeker who follows Asteya gets the whiteness of all gems.


Celibacy


Always dwelling in God in his mind, words and deeds is called Brahmacharya.


 According to Maharishi Patanjali, by observing celibacy a person gains semen.


Aparigraha


Not collecting more things than required is called Aparigraha.


By following Aparigraha, the seeker starts getting knowledge of previous births.


Niyam


Niyam is related to improving the personal life of a person, for which there are five types of means. Which are as follows___


Saucha


Purifying the body, mind and conscience is called Shaucha.


By following Shaucha, detachment arises in our body parts and the desire to have intercourse with others.


Santosha


Being satisfied with the situation in which we are is called Santosha.


Man gets infinite happiness as a result of satisfaction.


Tapasya


Happily enduring the struggles that come in the period of Sadhana is called Tapa.


By following Tapa, the seeker gets the perfection of body and senses when the impurities are destroyed.


Swadhyaya


Studying oneself for self-upliftment and improving oneself is called Swadhyaya.


 Through self-study, we get the vision of our deity, that is, the God we believe in can be seen by us.


Ishwarpranidhan


Surrendering everything to God with devotion is called Ishwarpranidhan.


Through this, a person attains Samadhi quickly.


Asana 

Maharishi Patanjali has said that the position in which a sadhak can sit comfortably and do sadhana is called asana.


 On achieving the asana, the sadhak can tolerate all the pains.


 Pranayama

 When the asanas become stable, the stopping of the speed of inhalation and exhalation is called pranayama.


 Patanjali has described eight types of pranayama, which include Suryabhedan, Ujjayi, Seetkari, Sheetali, Bhastrika, Bhamari, Murcha Plavani.


 By practicing pranayama, the sadhak gets the knowledge of discrimination when he is covered by light.


 Pratyahara 

By practicing pratyahara, the senses of a person do not get attached to their respective subjects, that is, they become free from bondages.


 When one becomes firm in the practice of pratyahara, the senses come under one's control.


 Keeping the mind focused on one point is called Dharana.


  Meditation Continuous concentration in the same state is what makes one meditate.


 Through meditation, the seeker attains self-knowledge.


 Samadhi The mature state of meditation is called samadhi.


 When the seeker is not even aware of himself while meditating and is absorbed only in his deity, such a state is called samadhi.


 Samadhi is the final state of yoga which is the main objective of yoga sadhana.

    


Kriya Yoga


Maharishi Patanjali has told Kriya Yoga for the medium category of sadhaks, through this the mind gets purified. Medium category sadhaks mean those sadhaks who were engaged in sadhana but their mind could not be purified, their mind gets purified through Kriya Yoga and the sadhak attains the state of Samadhi. That is, he understands God. The following three means come in Kriya Yoga -


Tapasya, Swadhyaya, Ishwar Pranidhan. These have been described above.


Practice and detachment


Thoughts of the mind are stopped through practice and detachment.


The effort made for stability of mind is called practice.


This practice is fruitful when done continuously with respect for a long time.


A person who has no desire, no attachment, whose mind is not under the control of senses, while senses are under his control. Such a sadhak is called a sadhak with detachment.


 By combining practice and detachment, a seeker attains Samadhi quickly. This is only for the best practitioners. Those who have done sadhna in their previous births and could not complete the sadhnas, can attain Moksha in this birth through practice and detachment.

My dear friends, Nadi Shodhan Pranayama is a yogic breathing technique that involves the alternate breathing through the nostrils to balance the two energy channels (Ida and Pingala) in the body. 

Here's a step-by-step guide to performing Nadi Shodhan Pranayama--


Preparation


1. Sit comfortably with your back straight, on a mat or a cushion on the floor.

2. Close your eyes and relax your body.

3. Place your right hand in the Gyan mudra (touching the tip of the thumb and the index finger together) and place your left hand on your left knee.

4. Take a few deep breaths to relax and calm your mind.


Procedure


1. Right Nostril Breathing (Sun Side)

 Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale deeply through your left nostril. Fill your lungs with air.

2. Switch Nostrils

Close your left nostril with your pinky and ring fingers, and open your right nostril with your thumb. Exhale slowly through your right nostril.

3. Left Nostril Breathing (Moon Side)

 Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale deeply through your left nostril again.

4. Switch Nostrils

Close your left nostril with your pinky and ring fingers, and open your right nostril with your thumb. Exhale slowly through your right nostril again.

5. Repeat

Continue breathing in and out through the alternate nostrils, without pausing between the exhalations and inhalations.


Tips


* Start with short practice sessions (5-10 minutes) and gradually increase the duration as you get comfortable with the technique.

 Focus on the flow of breath and try to maintain a steady rhythm.

* If you experience dizziness or discomfort, slow down your breathing or come out of the practice.

* Practice Nadi Shodhan Pranayama regularly to balance the energy channels and promote relaxation, calmness, and mental clarity.


Counting


You can count the breaths in the following pattern--


Inhale through the left nostril: 4 counts

Hold the breath: 4 counts

Exhale through the right nostril: 4 counts

Hold the breath: 4 counts

Inhale through the right nostril: 4 counts

Hold the breath: 4 counts

Exhale through the left nostril: 4 counts


Continue counting in this pattern, alternating the nostrils and holding the breath in between.

Deep Breathing Procedure


1. Find a comfortable position


 Sit or lie down in a comfortable position with your back straight.


2. Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest


This will help you feel your diaphragm move.


3. Inhale slowly through your nose


Breathe in slowly through your nose, allowing your diaphragm to drop and your belly to rise as your lungs fill with air.


4. Fill your lungs completely


 Continue to inhale until your lungs are fully expanded.


5. Hold your breath for a few seconds


Hold your breath for a few seconds, feeling the expansion of your lungs.


6. Exhale slowly through your mouth

Practice of PranaYam is said to be the best way to attain the highest state of health. It is a unique means of strengthening our life by uniting it with nature.


We all know that air is our life. A man can survive for some time without food and water, but without breathing, he cannot live for more than a few minutes. When we breathe, the air passes through our nostrils into the windpipe and from there into the lungs. The oxygen present in this air is the basis of our life and life. If there is no oxygen in the air, our life will end. Any object burns only when it is combined with oxygen and life is the name of burning slowly.


All the fibers of our body gradually come in contact with oxygen, due to which many tissues keep burning and getting destroyed continuously. Their destruction is good for us.  Heat is generated in the body due to this burning and the body temperature is maintained.


Diseases like cold, cough, pneumonia, pleurisy, influenza, nose diseases, throat diseases, voice box diseases and tuberculosis etc. arise due to disturbance in breathing process. A person who does pranayam makes his respiratory organs strong due to which these diseases do not come to him.



Benefits of Pranayama


(1) The lungs become strong.


(2) Their flexibility increases.


(3) More heat increases in the body, which benefits the body.


(4) More and more oxygen reaches the lungs and from there to the whole body.


(5) The more oxygen goes in, the more carbon dioxide also goes out. This removes the dirt from the body quickly and the body becomes clean, pure and disease-free. The wear and tear of the body's cells due to excessive physical exertion, the chemical changes that occur, are compensated by the large amount of oxygen taken through Pranayama.


(6) Pranayama also has an interesting effect on the inner nervous system of the brain. The brain becomes sharp by becoming pure. Brain disorders are cured.  Many dormant powers of the brain are awakened.


(7) Pranayama develops the pituitary gland and pineal gland.


(8) Apart from respiratory organs, Pranayama also cures ear, tongue, eye and throat diseases.


(6) The air we inhale contains 21% oxygen. The air we exhale contains 16% oxygen. This shows that in every breath we are able to expend only five percent oxygen for the body. More oxygen can be supplied to the body through the actions of Pranayama.


(10) Pranayama supplies blood to the brain. Due to this, the brain becomes inactive for a while and it gets rest and leisure.


(11) Pranayam helps in gaining control over the nervous system. Basically, pranayam prevents nervous symptoms and diseases.


(12) Pranayam can be done only when the mental disorders are removed. In this way, the person doing pranayam is successful in removing his mental disorders as well.


(13) Pranayam can be done only by those who do not consume tobacco and alcohol. Pranayam does not give any benefit without completely giving up cigarettes, bidis, alcohol etc.


Pranayam is scientifically proven


People influenced by western culture used to consider pranayam as a baseless imagination, but it has been proved by scientific tests that 'pranayam' is the best method for maintaining health and preventing diseases.


Why is pranayam necessary?


 Saint-Shiromani Maa Yog Shakti has rightly written in her book 'ShratmaVidya' - "Pranayama is a kind of exercise of respiratory activities, therefore Pranayama should be done in clean air in the morning. Nowadays in the machine-filled industrial world, most of the people do not get clean air. People's lives have become busy and artificial. Most of the people are always in a hurry and nervous. This has a bad effect on the heart and lungs. We are never able to take a deep and full breath while being in the midst of work. Breathing is often incomplete and hurried. Some people are in a hurry to go to office, some are in a hurry to catch a bus, some are in a hurry to go to school. In a way, everyone lives a life of fear, nervousness and mental stress. Often a person has to do many such works in which he has to remain bent for many hours. Bending forward puts pressure on the lungs. The lungs are not able to expand and contract completely. Doing such work for a long time causes weakness in the lungs.  Digestive power also starts to weaken. Therefore, you will see that pranayama is not only beneficial for everyone, but is also necessary.


Where to do Pranayama?


Pranayama should be done in pure air only. Pranayama should not be done in a place polluted by dust, smoke, dirt, foul smell etc. Forest, garden, river, lawn, clean room, roof of a house etc. are best for Pranayama. Pranayama should not be done where there is strong wind, storm, thunderstorm etc. Pranayama should be done in a clean room; but bright windows etc. should be open. Pranayama should be done on the ground, on a stool or on a wooden board; not while sitting on a cot, bed or chair. The place for Pranayama should be quiet and secluded.


When to do Pranayama?


The best time for this is morning. After defecation, cleaning and bathing, wear loose clothes and spread a Kusha mat or blanket or mat. Pranayama should be done while sitting in Padmasana, Siddhasana or Sukha-Sana.  While sitting, the spine should be completely straight. Pranayama should be done only after concentrating the mind.


How to do Pranayama?


While doing Pranayama, keep the eyes completely closed; do not clench them. Keep the right hand free to hold the nose; the left hand should be above the knee. The palm should be upwards (towards the sky). In the beginning of Pranayama, it is necessary to hold the nose. This work has to be done with the right hand. If the left nostril has to be closed, it should be done with the ring finger of the right hand (the finger next to the smallest finger). If the right nostril has to be closed, it should be closed by pressing with the thumb of the left hand. If both the nostrils have to be closed, they should be closed by pressing with the ring finger and thumb. In all these situations, keep the index finger and middle (middle) fingers closed, as in a fist.  The smallest finger should remain open. After some time (i.e. after practising for a month or two) there is no need to hold the nose. Then


both hands should remain comfortably on the thighs or knees. The palms should be facing upwards (sky).


Shrasana


For Pranayama, (1) Padmasana, (2) Siddhasana, (3) Sukhasana are considered suitable.


(1) Padmasana


Sit down. Raise the right leg and place it on the left thigh. Raise the left leg and place it on the right thigh. The spine should be straight (there should be no bending forward or backward). Close the eyes. The left hand should be on the thigh or knee; palm upwards. The right hand should be free to hold the nose.


(2) Siddhasana


Bend the left leg. Keep the heel near the anus. Keep the right heel over the urinary organ. Place the left palm downwards on the right knee and palm upwards. Keep the right hand free to hold the nose. Focus the gaze on the tip of the nose.


 (3) Sukhasana


Stand on both the knees and keep the right foot on the left side and the left foot on the right side. Tie both the knees with both hands. Hold the wrist of one hand with the other hand. If you have to hold the nose with one hand, then tie both the knees with a cloth.


Method of Pranayama


(1) Purak - Inhale.


(2) Rechak - Exhale.


(3) Kumbhak - Hold the breath inside. There are two types of Kumbhak-


(a) When the breath is inhaled and held inside, it is called Antar Kumbhak.


(b) When the breath is held outside after exhaling, the breathing process is stopped for some time, it is called Bahya Kumbhak.


Practice and see!


 First Pranayam: Take a simple breathing pose. Concentrate on your mind. Close the right nostril with your right hand. Slowly inhale as much as you can through the left nostril. When the lungs are completely filled with air, close the left nostril. Now slowly exhale the air through the right nostril. When the breath is exhaled, slowly inhale again through the right nostril. Now close the right nostril and slowly exhale through the left nostril.


Do this pranayama 15 to 20 times.


Second Pranayama: Samvet


Do this after the first pranayama -


(a) Inhale through both nostrils simultaneously (do Purak); take in as much air as you can in your lungs.


(b) Hold your breath for one second (do Kumbhak).


(c) Slowly exhale through both nostrils simultaneously (do Rechak).


Do this pranayama 15 times.


Third Pranayama: Sahit


(a) Inhale through both nostrils simultaneously (do Purak).


(b) Close both nostrils and hold your breath (do Antah Kumbhak); hold it for as long as you can (do not force yourself).


 (c) After this, exhale the air from both the nostrils simultaneously.


Do it 10 times.


Fourth Pranayama Additional


(a) Inhale from both the nostrils simultaneously (do Purak).


(b) Now close both the nostrils and hold the breath inside (do Anta Kumbhak).


(c) Now exhale the breath from both the nostrils simultaneously, slowly (do Rechak).


(d) Now close both the nostrils and hold the breath outside for as long as possible (do Bahir Kumbhak).


Do it only five times.


There are many other asanas of Vishesh-Yoga, but leave them for those who do special sadhna. As far as physical health is concerned, the above four Pranayamas are sufficient.

Just as diseases arise in the human body due to irregular activities, similarly God has created ways to become healthy without medicine through internal activities. We do not know this natural skill given by God, due to which we suffer from diseases for a long time and unnecessarily give money to doctors. While travelling around the country, I had learnt ways to cure diseases without medicine from Siddha Yogi Mahatmas, later I tested them many times and saw their direct results; therefore, with the aim of benefiting the general public, I am revealing some of those ways. Readers can get direct results by using the below mentioned ways. By using these ways, neither will one have to bear the pain of disease for a long time, nor will one have to spend money and nor will one have to fill one's stomach with medicines. Once a person becomes healthy with this skill mentioned in Swara Shastra, then there is no possibility of that disease attacking again. I request the readers to try it.


Fever


When there is an attack of fever or there is a possibility of an attack, the nostril through which breathing is taking place should be closed. Until the fever subsides and the body becomes healthy, that nostril should be kept closed. By doing this, the fever which used to subside in ten to fifteen days will definitely subside in five to seven days. During fever, one gets even faster relief by always meditating on the white colour like silver in the mind.


By tying the root of Sinduwar to the hand of the patient, all types of fever are definitely cured.


Intestinal Fever


A bundle of white Aparajita or Palash leaves should be made by rubbing them in the hand and wrapping them i n a cloth and on the day when it is the turn of fever, one should start smelling it from the morning itself. Antaria fever will stop.


Headache


In case of headache, the elbows of both hands should be tied tightly with the edge of the dhoti or a rope. This will remove the headache within five to seven minutes. The elbows should be tied so tightly that the patient feels extreme pain in the hands. As soon as the headache is relieved, the arms should be opened.


There is another type of headache, which is generally called 'hemicrania' or 'hagiarchic'. Extreme pain is felt from the middle of the skull to the left or right half of the skull and forehead. Usually this pain starts at sunrise and increases as the day progresses. It starts decreasing after noon and usually does not remain till evening. When this disease attacks, a rope should be tied tightly on the elbow of the side of the skull on which the pain is felt, as mentioned above. The pain will subside in a short while and the disease will go away. If the pain starts again the next day and it starts every day while breathing through the same nostril, then as soon as the headache is felt, that nostril should be closed and the hand should also be tied. You will be amazed to see the amazing results of this action in 'hemicrania' headache.


Headache

A patient suffering from headache should drink cold water through the nostrils as soon as he gets up from bed in the morning. This will keep the brain cool, the head will not become heavy and there will be no cold. This process is not very difficult either. Fill a vessel with cold water and dip the nose in it and slowly draw the water into the throat.

With practice this process will become easy. When there is headache, the doctor gives up the hope of the patient's recovery, the patient also suffers a lot; but by using this method, there will definitely be benefits beyond expectations. Abdominal pain, indigestion etc.

Whenever food, snacks etc. are to be eaten, they should be eaten while breathing through the right nostril. By eating food daily with this rule, it will be digested very easily and one will never suffer from indigestion. If the people suffering from this disease also eat food daily according to this rule, then the food eaten will be digested and gradually their disease will be cured. After eating, one should sleep on the left side for a while. Those who do not have time should adopt such a method that breathing continues through the right nostril for ten to fifteen minutes after eating. That is, according to the above rule, the left nostril should be closed with cotton. Even if the food is heavy, it gets digested quickly with this rule.

By sitting steadily and meditating on the navel by focusing the gaze on the navel, abdominal disease gets cured in a week.

By holding the breath and pulling the navel and joining the navel gland with the spine one hundred times, all kinds of abdominal pains like ama etc. go away and the gastric fire and digestive power increase.


Spleen

After sleeping on the bed at night and while getting up in the morning, hands and feet should be curled and then left. Then, by turning the body sometimes on one side and sometimes on the other, the whole body should be curled and then curled and stretched. By doing this for four to five minutes every day, spleen-liver disease will be cured. By practicing this regularly, one will never have to suffer from spleen-liver disease.


Dental diseases


Every day, as many times as you pass stool or urine, keep pressing the two rows of teeth together with a little force. As long as stool or urine is coming out, teeth should be pressed together in this manner. By doing this for two to four days, the roots of weak teeth will become strong. By practicing this regularly, the roots of teeth become strong and the teeth serve for a long time and there is no fear of any kind of disease in the teeth.


 Nervous pain


Chest, back or armpit - wherever there is nervous pain or any other kind of pain, as soon as the pain is felt, the nostril through which you are breathing should be closed; after two to four minutes the pain will definitely subside.


Asthma or Respiratory Disease


When there is a severe attack of asthma, the nostril through which you are exhaling should be closed and breathing should be done through the other nostril. The intensity will reduce in ten to fifteen minutes. By doing this daily, the pain will subside within a month. The longer this process is done in a day, the sooner this disease will be cured. There is no disease as painful as asthma; by doing this process when asthma is severe, the disease gets cured without any medicine.


  Vata disease


After having food daily, the head should be combed. The comb should be used in such a way that its bristles touch the head. After that, one should sit in Veerasan, that is, bending both the legs backwards and pressing them, for 15 minutes. By sitting in this manner after having food daily, no matter how old the Vata is, it will definitely get cured. There is no harm in eating paan-tobacco while sitting in this manner. If a healthy person follows this rule, then there will be no possibility of him getting Vata disease. Needless to say, one should not use a rubber comb.


Eye diseases


As soon as you get up from bed every morning, first of all, fill your mouth with as much water as you can and then wash your eyes with the other water by splashing it twenty times.


While washing your hands and face after having food twice a day, you should splash water on your eyes at least seven times.


Do not forget to wash your eyes and mouth as many times as you pour water in your mouth.


While doing oil massage every day during bathing, first of all, fill the nails of the big toes of both feet with oil and then apply the oil.


These few rules are especially beneficial for the eyes. They sharpen the vision, keep the eyes smooth and there is no possibility of any disease in the eye. Eyes are the greatest wealth of man. Therefo
