Friends, this human body is the best creature among all the creatures found on earth. Human birth is obtained after doing very good deeds. That is why Tulsidas ji has also said --

Bade Bhag Manush Tan Paava. Sur Durlabh Sadgranthan Gaava.

Even the gods are anxious to get human birth. But when there is any kind of disability in the body, whether it is physical or mental, then this human life also becomes full of sorrow. Let us know about the causes of mental disability.

Causes of mental disability

Friends, it is mostly said in our society that body, family, worldly resources, are obtained according to previous deeds. Human body is karma pradhan. Our present and future are formed according to the deeds we do. But those who are disabled from birth in body, mind, intellect and conscience. How to reduce it?  And how to improve this world and the other world? Their human life has become just a life for enjoyment. This is a big question. Such handicapped children from birth are unable to live their life. They have to depend on the family and society.

If the child gets hurt on the head during the mother's pregnancy, it can lead to mental disability.

If the mother herself is suffering from some mental disease during pregnancy, then also disability can occur.

This also happens due to the pregnant woman not getting nutritious food.

If the mother has consumed excessive intoxicants during pregnancy, then also the children can have mental disability.

If the mother is in a state of mental stress, anxiety, fear, grief, attachment, anger during pregnancy, then it also affects the child's mentality.

If the mother or father is mentally ill or the father has a disease of Shukra Dosha, then also the father's sperms become weak. Due to this also, the child can suffer mentally after pregnancy.

If the mother is suffering from any disease like asthma, TB, diabetes, epilepsy, blood pressure, depression, insomnia etc. then also the child can have mental disability.

If the husband has intercourse with the mother through unnatural means, actions, postures during pregnancy, then also mental disability can occur.

This also happens due to excessive consumption of English medicines during pregnancy.

The child can also be mentally disabled due to the weakness of semen due to old age.

If there is a deformity in the hearing of the ductless glands during pregnancy.

The mother has a severe fever during pregnancy and is suffering from a long illness.

There are many reasons for this like paralysis of the child during pregnancy, the child falling from the bed, getting a head injury, the child suffering from viral fever for a long time, etc.

How to release the power of God in your life

How to release the power of God in your life? what is God's power called? Characteristics of the power of God, how to access the power of God?

Friends, today I am going to tell you about a topic when atheism is prevalent and the effect of negative energy is flowing all around, that topic is about God. After all, what is God? Where does he live? How to identify God? What are the various parts and names of God? Is there any proof that God exists? How can God be attained? Should God be taken along in treatment? How can God help in treatment? Let's move forward to know the answers to these questions.

Where does God live? How to know God according to different religions and sects? What are the ways to attain God? Parts and names of God.

Various article sources to understand God

All doctors have their root base God

Friends, today I am going to tell you a reality, that reality is about God. When we fall ill, good doctors give up, this often happens with many people in life. The reason for this is not knowing the disease and the medicines not working on the body and not believing in God.  But the greatest physician is God, the greatest medicine is God, but people leave Him and run around in the world. Because without God, no medicine or doctor can work. Nothing can happen without God's will. Doctors and medicines are just the medium to cure the patient. Let me explain to you through some examples.

According to Vaidraj Dhanvantari

Uttering the name of Achyutananda Govind is a medicine that destroys all diseases. I say this is the true truth.

Lord Krishna says in the Gita

God resides equally in everyone's heart, who with his amazing power, like a machine, makes us do all the tasks inside and outside us. Surrender to that power with an open heart, you will get peace and liberation by his grace.

According to Mahatma Gandhi

Man has an unbreakable relationship with God, so the more a man recognizes this relationship, the more he will be free from sin and disease.

The secret of a man becoming disease-free from the heart is that the God whom we worship is himself, truth, health and love and he is also a doctor.  Therefore, by taking refuge in the name of Ram, it does not take long to get rid of all kinds of diseases and ailments.

Taking the name of Ram is just a sample of the truth for which it is taken. The moment a person intelligently sees God within himself, at that very moment he gets rid of all his physical, mental and moral ailments.

It is surprising that doctors die, doctors die, yet we keep running after them. But we forget that Ram, who does not die and is always alive, is the infallible physician.

If the mantra of Ram's name gets completely embedded in my heart, then I will never die of illness. This rule is not just for me but for everyone.

Rambha (Gandhi Ji's childhood nanny) tells me that whenever you feel scared, take Ram's name, he will protect you. From that day Ram's name became my infallible support for all kinds of fears.

Ram's name is the most effective cure for physical and mental diseases. If you pray to God, he can definitely remove your sorrows and worries. But to make the prayer effective, we should participate in Ramdhun with a true heart and then we can experience peace and happiness. There are other conditions too. The first thing is that we should live in harmony with nature and follow its rules.

 According to Mahatma Jesus Christ

If you attain God, you will automatically attain the world and its objects because the world belongs to God.

How to know God according to different scriptures and sects? What is the proof that God exists? Where does God live? Parts and names of God. What are the ways to attain God?

By worshipping God, a person gets rid of all problems.

Where does God live?

Friends, now let's talk about the place of residence of God, where does God live? As we all know, God is omnipresent, the entire world belongs to him. All the worlds and the afterlife belong to him. Then what is the need for him to live in a particular place? His power resides in every particle, he is available everywhere. In our body as well as outside our body, we just need a spiritual knowledge. To understand it, we need intelligence and wisdom. Let's understand through some examples.

Lord Krishna says in the Gita

That is, God resides in the heart of all living beings.

According to Kabir Das Ji

Just as there is a pupil in the eyes, similarly the Creator resides in the body.

Fools do not know, they go outside to find him.

That is, just as there is a pupil in the eyes, similarly God is also hidden inside this body. But fools search for him outside due to ignorance.

The thing is somewhere, but the method is found somewhere.

Kabir says you will get it only when the one who knows is with you.

Meaning Kabirdas ji says that God has to be known inside you and not outside, for this you will have to surrender to a knower i.e. a complete Guru.

Proof of God

Friends, now let's talk about the existence of God, whether God exists or not.

Our Vedas prove the existence of God. God is described in the Vedas. Apart from the Vedas, other scriptures like Upanishad, Nyaya, Yoga, Vaisheshik, Vedanta have also accepted the existence of God, which proves that God exists.

God is also proved by his being the creator of this entire universe. Because the creation of such a large universe cannot be done without the will of God. We should understand very well that no one other than God can do this.

God is called the provider of karmafal because no one other than God can give the fruits of the deeds of so many innumerable living beings.

How to know God according to different scriptures and sects

Friends, before telling about God according to different scriptures and sects, I want to give some information about God from my thoughts, let's know what that information is___

GOD Meaning

Friends, God means Ishwar in English, but to understand that God, when we see the meaning of the full form of God, it comes like this --

G means generator, just like a generator generates electricity, similarly God generates energy in the whole world.

O means operator, just like an operator runs a machine, similarly God runs and maintains this whole universe like an operator.

D means Destroy. It means God is the destroyer of everyone, the destruction of the universe also happens through God.

In this way friends we see that creation of the universe, its maintenance and its destruction, all these three actions are in the hands of God and that is why he is called GOD.

Meaning of the word Bhagwan in hindu

Friends, this entire universe is made up of five elements which are included in the word Bhagwan, let's see __

Bhagvan____Bha+G+V+A+N

Bha_Bhumi (earth)

G_Gagan(space)

V_Vayu(air)

Aa_Agni(fire)

N_Neer(water)

In this way we see that just as this entire universe is made up of five elements, similarly this entire universe is made by God, these five elements are made by God.

Let's talk about the form of God according to different sects and scriptures.

According to Maharishi Patanjali

The one who is capable of creating and destroying the entire universe by mere desire is God.

God is always unconnected with the five kleshas, karma, vipaka and karmashya, such a special person is called God.

Om is Brahma, Om is everything, the activities of the entire universe run through him, Om is the past, present and future.  This Om should be chanted and its meaning should be contemplated upon. This is the only way to have a vision and remove all obstacles in the path of Sadhana.

By doing Ishwar Pranidhan, the Supreme God takes all the responsibilities of the Sadhak on himself and enables him to attain Samadhi soon.

That God is the Guru of our ancestors also because he is not bound by time.

Characteristics of the power of God

Friends, God has names in the same way as he exists. According to Vayu Purana, God has 6 parts and 10 components. Parts

Omniscience, satisfaction, eternal knowledge, freedom, unbroken consciousness and infinite power.

Components

Knowledge, detachment, wealth, penance, truth, forgiveness, patience, creation, self-awareness and presiding deity.

Names of God

Dear readers, God has no name or form. Still, his name and forms have been created for the convenience of worship. All the names and forms of God that have been imagined are actually based on the qualities of God. On the basis of qualities, we can call God Vishnu, Krishna, Shankar, God, Ishwar, Paramatma, Bhagwan, Allah, Ram etc.  It is the compulsion of the seeker to imagine the imaginary names and forms of God. After attaining God and understanding God, the name and form of God go away automatically. They are of no use after attaining Samadhi. But till one does not attain Samadhi, it is very important to understand the name and form of God

how to access the power of God?

Friends, various types of measures have been described in many yoga scriptures to attain God. But without going into much detail, I tell you the easy and simple ways to attain God according to Maharishi Patanjali. Maharishi Patanjali has described three sadhanas to attain God, which are as follows____

Ashtanga Yoga

Friends, Maharishi Patanjali has described Ashtanga Yoga in Yogasatra, in which it is told that Ashtanga Yoga is the best for the first class sadhaks i.e. those who have just started sadhana. Because in this, the sadhana is started by following Yama Niyam. Gradually, one reaches the attainment of God through 8 steps. Which is as follows___

Yama

Friends, Yama is the rule which is necessary and useful from the point of view of existence and development of human society.  These are of five types which are as follows ____

Ahimsa

Having a feeling of compassion towards any living being is called Ahimsa.

According to Patanjali, by following Ahimsa, love for all living beings starts awakening in a person and the person gives up enmity.

Truth

A seeker should always follow truth in his mind, words and deeds. One should never speak such truth which hurts the feelings of anyone.

According to Maharishi Patanjali, by following truth, a seeker gets Vachan Siddhi in him and whatever he says happens.

Asteya

Taking any person's thing as one's own or stealing it in his mind, words and deeds is called Asteya.

According to Maharishi Patanjali, a seeker who follows Asteya gets the whiteness of all gems.

Celibacy

Always dwelling in God in his mind, words and deeds is called Brahmacharya.

According to Maharishi Patanjali, by observing celibacy a person gains semen.

Aparigraha

Not collecting more things than required is called Aparigraha.

By following Aparigraha, the seeker starts getting knowledge of previous births.

Niyam

Niyam is related to improving the personal life of a person, for which there are five types of means. Which are as follows___

Saucha

Purifying the body, mind and conscience is called Shaucha.

By following Shaucha, detachment arises in our body parts and the desire to have intercourse with others.

Santosha

Being satisfied with the situation in which we are is called Santosha.

Man gets infinite happiness as a result of satisfaction.

Tapasya

Happily enduring the struggles that come in the period of Sadhana is called Tapa.

By following Tapa, the seeker gets the perfection of body and senses when the impurities are destroyed.

Swadhyaya

Studying oneself for self-upliftment and improving oneself is called Swadhyaya.

Through self-study, we get the vision of our deity, that is, the God we believe in can be seen by us.

Ishwarpranidhan

Surrendering everything to God with devotion is called Ishwarpranidhan.

Through this, a person attains Samadhi quickly.

Asana

Maharishi Patanjali has said that the position in which a sadhak can sit comfortably and do sadhana is called asana.

On achieving the asana, the sadhak can tolerate all the pains.

 Pranayama

When the asanas become stable, the stopping of the speed of inhalation and exhalation is called pranayama.

Patanjali has described eight types of pranayama, which include Suryabhedan, Ujjayi, Seetkari, Sheetali, Bhastrika, Bhamari, Murcha Plavani.

By practicing pranayama, the sadhak gets the knowledge of discrimination when he is covered by light.

 Pratyahara

By practicing pratyahara, the senses of a person do not get attached to their respective subjects, that is, they become free from bondages.

When one becomes firm in the practice of pratyahara, the senses come under one's control.

Keeping the mind focused on one point is called Dharana.

Meditation Continuous concentration in the same state is what makes one meditate.

Through meditation, the seeker attains self-knowledge.

Samadhi The mature state of meditation is called samadhi.

When the seeker is not even aware of himself while meditating and is absorbed only in his deity, such a state is called samadhi.

Samadhi is the final state of yoga which is the main objective of yoga sadhana.

Kriya Yoga

Maharishi Patanjali has told Kriya Yoga for the medium category of sadhaks, through this the mind gets purified. Medium category sadhaks mean those sadhaks who were engaged in sadhana but their mind could not be purified, their mind gets purified through Kriya Yoga and the sadhak attains the state of Samadhi. That is, he understands God. The following three means come in Kriya Yoga -

Tapasya, Swadhyaya, Ishwar Pranidhan. These have been described above.

Practice and detachment

Thoughts of the mind are stopped through practice and detachment.

The effort made for stability of mind is called practice.

This practice is fruitful when done continuously with respect for a long time.

A person who has no desire, no attachment, whose mind is not under the control of senses, while senses are under his control. Such a sadhak is called a sadhak with detachment.

By combining practice and detachment, a seeker attains Samadhi quickly. This is only for the best practitioners. Those who have done sadhna in their previous births and could not complete the sadhnas, can attain Moksha in this birth through practice and detachment.

Heart disease: types, causes and treatment

Most common heart disease Types of heart disease. Causes of heart disease Causes of heart diseases. Symptoms of heart disease Symptoms of heart disease. Prevent of heart disease Prevention of heart diseases. Treatment of heart diseases by alternative medicine.

My dear Friends, whether it is America or the western countries, heart disease is increasing in India in the present times. Their number is increasing day by day. People are moving away from the natural lifestyle. Modern lifestyles are changing. Most deaths in heart diseases are due to heart attack. Preventing which has become a big challenge. Let us know about the causes, symptoms and treatments of heart disease.

Most common heart disease

Types of heart disease

Friends, before moving ahead, we first understand what is heart disease and how many types are there. First of all, let us get some information about the heart. What is the heart? It is a type of body organ. Which keeps working day and night while sleeping and waking up. It keeps working throughout the life until the person dies.  It keeps doing its work without stopping till the end of life. Its weight is approximately 500 grams in an adult. It supplies blood to the entire human body. The length of blood vessels in the body is 70000 miles in which it circulates blood. The speed of that blood flow is 65 kilometers per hour. It keeps working with such hard work. Renowned biological doctor Cabin Rasle says that the lifespan of the heart in humans can be up to 300 years. But due to changes in our food and lifestyle, we become victims of heart diseases before time. Let us see how many types of heart diseases are there.

Friends, there are various types of deficiencies present in the heart in our body. Whether that deficiency is based on the anatomical structure of the heart or according to the function of the heart. It causes heart disease, thus there are many types of heart diseases which are as follows____

Dilatation of heart

Contruction of heart

Hypertrophy of heart

Palpitation of heart

Carditis

Arteriyo scalarosis

Insficiency

Regergitation

Fatty degeneration

Myocarditis

Tachycardia

Slow heartbeat

Angina pactoris

Myocardial infarction

Coronary thrombosis

Heart failure

Thus we have learned about the different types of heart disease, now let's talk further what are the causes of all these types of heart disease__

Causes of heart disease

Friends, we ourselves have some hand behind the causes of our heart diseases. The western culture that we have adopted is also helpful in causing heart diseases and many types of physical diseases also cause heart disease. Let's know in detail__

Harmful foods

Friends, we all know that man needs food to survive. But in the present times, man does not eat to survive, rather he lives for food. Food may or may not be beneficial for the human body, may or may not be nutritious, but eating is important. Here eating food means pure vegetarian, nutritious, chemical free food. Which can develop all three bodies of a human being. The three bodies mean gross body, subtle body and causal body. We will talk about them later, first understand what is the harmful food that is harmful for heart disease?

Cardiologist Christian Bernard and many biological scientists have considered the following food as poison for heart patients. Which are as follows like salt, sugar, alcohol, coffee, tea, meat, egg, ghee, Dalda, chilli, spices, smoking, biscuits, bread, refined flour and things made from refined flour, white rice, milk with cream, saturated fat, sugar, etc. Food forms elements that accumulate in the blood.  Elements that enter the blood mean cholesterol.

One should not consume too much liquids while eating. Water should be drunk 1 hour before and 1 hour after meals, otherwise the digestion process gets hindered and gas starts forming. Food should be chewed well and eaten with a happy mind. One should rest for 10 minutes after eating and sit in Vajrasana.

Obesity

In America, most people become victims of heart disease after 35 years of age, the main reason for which is obesity. According to a research, after 45 years, obese people suffer from heart disease 15% more than thin people. If there is 10 pounds extra weight, then the extra burden of walking 300 kilometers falls on the heart. The blood vessels of obese people become hard and thin. Due to which the heart has to work more and its working capacity becomes weak. Due to the heart becoming weak, it becomes vulnerable to various diseases.

Diabetes

When sugar level in human blood increases, metabolic activities become unbalanced. Due to which cholesterol, acetic acid, acetone, butyric acid etc. increase in the blood. Due to their increase, the amount of oxygen in the body starts decreasing, which increases the risk of heart diseases. Because the organs far from the heart do not get nutrition, the amount of impurities in the blood starts increasing.

Stomach problems

Due to wrong eating habits, gas starts forming in the stomach. Food starts rotting in the stomach. Weak intestines are unable to expel the gas and the pressure of gas starts building up on the heart. Due to which the heart rate increases, the person starts feeling dizzy. He starts feeling nervous and his blood pressure becomes high. This type of heart disease occurs.

Arthritis patients

When arthritis occurs in the body, many types of impurities start increasing in the body. In this type of condition, pressure is put on the heart. The heart supplies blood to the entire body.  Due to which the heart gets rheumatic heart disease.

Mental tension

In present times, various types of mental tensions are occurring in humans. Whether it is due to the death of a family member or divorce or due to any disease or unemployment. Vitiligo causes, symptoms and Naturopathy treatment

Symptoms of Vitiligo disease, Causes of Vitiligo disease, Ayurvedic Treatment Approaches, Panchakarma, Nutrition, Chronic mental support.

Symptoms of Vitiligo disease

You're likely referring to Vitiligo, a skin condition that Michael Jackson was diagnosed with. Vitiligo is a chronic autoimmune disease that causes the loss of pigment-producing cells, resulting in white patches on the skin.

Here are some common symptoms of Vitiligo--

1. White patches on the skin

The most noticeable symptom is the appearance of white patches on the skin, which can occur on any part of the body.

2. Loss of skin color

The patches may start as small, oval-shaped areas that gradually expand and merge, causing a loss of skin color.

3. Skin discoloration

The patches may be lighter or darker than the surrounding skin, and can appear as a result of a decrease in melanin production.

4. Pigmentation changes

Vitiligo can cause uneven pigmentation, leading to areas of skin that are lighter or darker than usual.

5. Skin texture changes

The affected skin may become rough, dry, or thin, leading to an increased risk of skin irritation and infections.

6. Emotional distress

Vitiligo can have a significant impact on a person's self-esteem and emotional well-being, leading to anxiety, depression, and feelings of isolation.

7. Tingling or burning sensations

Some people with vitiligo may experience tingling or burning sensations on the skin, particularly on the hands and feet.

8. Nerve damage

In some cases, vitiligo can cause nerve damage, leading to numbness, tingling, or weakness in the affected areas.

It's worth noting that Michael Jackson's condition was not limited to vitiligo. He also had a number of other health issues, including--

Acne

Jackson had severe acne, which he self-medicated with various treatments, including steroids and antibiotics.

Tattoo problems

Jackson's extensive tattoo collection may have contributed to skin irritation and scarring.

Pituitary gland problems

Some reports suggest that Jackson may have had a tumor or other issue with his pituitary gland, which can affect hormone production and skin health.

Other skin conditions

Jackson may have had other skin conditions, such as dermatitis or eczema, which can be triggered by various factors, including stress, allergies, and environmental factors.

Causes of Vitiligo disease

Here are some possible contributing factors--

1. Genetics

Vitiligo can run in families, suggesting a genetic component. If you have a family history of vitiligo, you may be more likely to develop it.

2. Autoimmune disorders

Some people with vitiligo have other autoimmune disorders, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, or rheumatoid arthritis. This suggests that an abnormal immune response may contribute to the development of vitiligo.

3. Stress

Stress may trigger the onset of vitiligo in some people. This could be due to the physical or emotional stress of major life events, such as moving, job changes, or the death of a loved one.

4. Vitamin deficiencies

Deficiencies in vitamins like vitamin B12 or vitamin D may contribute to the development of vitiligo.

5. Exposure to chemicals

Exposure to chemicals like pesticides, heavy metals, or other toxins may trigger vitiligo in some people.

6. Hormonal changes

Hormonal fluctuations during pregnancy or menopause may contribute to the development of vitiligo in some women.

7. Skin conditions

Certain skin conditions, such as eczema or psoriasis, may increase the risk of developing vitiligo.

8. Sun damage

Prolonged exposure to the sun may contribute to the development of vitiligo in some people.

9. Trauma

Physical trauma, such as burns or scars, may trigger vitiligo in some people.

Michael Jackson's case was not fully explained by any of these factors, and the exact cause of his vitiligo remains a topic of speculation.

I think you may be referring to Vitiligo, also known as Michael Jackson disease, named after the musician, due to his visible skin condition.

While there are various treatments for Vitiligo, I must clarify that Ayurveda offers some suggestions that emphasize lifestyle modifications and natural therapies.

Here's a distilled version of the Ayurvedic approach for managing Vitiligo--

Understanding Vitiligo

Ayurveda views Vitiligo as an imbalance of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and an imbalance in the bodily energies (ingras and searchun veishadas). The disorder is often linked to emotional stress, lifestyle factors, and genetic predispositions.

Ayurvedic Treatment Approaches

1.  Panchakarma

In Ayurveda, Panchakarma is the cleansing and rejuvenation of body, mind, and spirit. Treatments include procedures that remove impurities in mind and body, followed by lifestyle changes for sustained rejuvenation. This is to reduce stress, and to counteract Pitta and Vatta imbalance which is associated with Vitiligo.

2.  Nutrition

Eat healthy, nutritional food. Include micronutrients and bio-indicators to deeply nourish the skin for quicker healing like berries like marigold, alpha-carotene studded green leafy veggies. Aubergine vegetable, yellow summer squash are associated with Glutathione enzyme chains that counteract inflammatory pathways, thereby promoting recovery and using calorie tablets and integrate aromatic nutrients acids found in soursop and guava.

3.  Chronic mental support

When to Seek Medical Attention

If you suspect that you or someone in your family has measles, seek medical attention immediately. Early treatment can help prevent complications and reduce the risk of spreading the disease to others.

Causes of Measles

Measles is a highly contagious illness caused by a virus belonging to the paramyxovirus family. The illness is spread through respiratory secretions, such as nasal discharge and coughing by an infected person. People with measles are contagious in the four days before its onset and for four after the appearance of the second rash. Here are key causes of measles:

Viral Infections

Measles starts with a viral infection brought about by the measles morbillivirus. The sickness is contagious and is facilitated by the spread of infections through respiratory secretions between people.

Symptoms

The measles patient experiences a series of significant symptoms including fever, feeling unwell, cough sore throat, and a running nose. These symptoms signify the beginning of the breakout of the measles rash.

Contagiosity

People with measles transmit the virus to others without showing any symptoms. One can be contagious for months after recovery. The fact that the measles virus keeps spreading through communities even weeks after a measles outbreak happens is due to this very reason.

Demographics

People who can't get vaccinated, live in communities with low level of vaccination, or take care of people with whom they are in close continuous contact with are more dangerous to be exposed to individuals with measles.

Age

The measles breakout is more common in certain age groups, including little children and young adults which are most vulnerable to health risks from measles.

Poor Hydration

The body is extremely sensitive to dehydration and an individual who is not dehydrated may not go through the measles virus safely.

Naturopathy treatment of Measles
